Need Advice on "Registering with the existing applicant details on Stanley website"?

Hi,

My name is BBC and i have a question related to the appointment scheduling. The thing is that, i' am trying to register an account on Stanley website for scheduling the VISA appointment in India. My issue is, when i try to provide the passport details of the applicant who is taking the interview, the system says that the details were already exist with a different account.

Actually, long back i created an account with the same passport details on Stanley website and i totally forgot the credentials even the email i used to create the account.

I' am trying to register in the website

Now, can you help me on how i can create a new account with the same applicant details?
I hope i have explained enough to get the idea on whats going on and appreciate your help on this. Thank you in advance!
