Already booked the appointment through TTSVisas

I already have booked the appointment for my parents, through TTSVisas for future. Do I have to now follow new procedure or the old procedure?

And how do I reconfirm the appointment?
I tried it on the web. on following URL.

http://www.ttsvisas.com/StartModify.aspx

But I dont have... "Web Appointment/DropBox receipt number".

Please help me.

Hi!

When did you take the appointment? Becoz if you have taken after Oct 3rd that appointment may not be valid.

I am not sure what happens if you don't have the reciept number. Best bet is to call TTS and check with them personally.
