Hi
I have a valid B1/B2. At the time of Visa procurement I had the visa issued on behalf of my company for business purposes. I intend making a personal trip to the US in Dec. I was hoping to understand if this Visa would be valid for the same. If not what are the additional documents that would be needed to have this processed?

If you have a long term like a 10 yr multiple entry visa there is no need to do anything more.
Just carry a return ticket and proof of stay at the port of entry where you will declare your purpose and duration.
