Entering with B2 while I-130 (sponsorship for Green Card) Pending

Hi,
I am planning to take my elder brother along with me to US next week.
My brother got B2 visa six months ago and never visited US yet.
In June this year I have completed I-130 (sponsorship for Green Card) for him.
Will the immigration officer check and doubt his 'non-immigrant' intent?
What are the chances that he be denied entry into US?

NO. That will not be an issue; as long he shows that his current visit is temporary.

Also, he should carry a return ticket.

F4 category anyway takes years to mature, so that will not be an issue.
