Mom's vistor visa denied
Hello,
My mom has been to US in 2001. The visa was issued for 6 months and she stayed for only 4 months. Now she had an appointment on NOV 15th and her visa was rejected. BTW I lost my father this year and in the application form we did not lie and checked as widow. She had all the supporting documents (FD's, Bank Sts, House papers etc)
Questions asked.
What is the purpose of the trip?
Spend time with my son and grandson.
How lon g are you planning to stay?
About 3-4 months
When did your husband expire?
About 7 months
I am planning to reapply as soon as I get an appointment. What are the chances of her getting the visa?
