Dear Sir/Madam,
I am applying for B2 visa for the medical treatment and my intention is to get admission later on in the undergraduate program provided that enough money lefts. I have neither contacted nor applied in any university yet. (Five years ago, I got B2 visa for the period of 6 months and stayed there for 3 months only)
My questions are:
1. Would it be appropriate to get B2 visa first and change my status later? or
2. Should I request counselor officer to write note of “prospective student” as well on my B2 visa?
3. What are the chances of being approved as a prospective student, if I use 2nd option?
4. In case counselor officer denies writing prospective student, will this denying information be carried on/recorded on B2 visa and may have effect on the change of my status to F1 visa in the USA trying later on?
Thanks
