Parents and myself (single, entrepreneu) applying for B2 - Monday, 24th nov interview
Hi,
I have my visa interview on Monday, 24th. My parents and me are applying for Tourist visa. Reasons for visit:
1) My mother's brother grave is in new york and her family (brother's wife and children are US citizen) is there too.
2) she has not visited them for almost 15 years. she had a 10yrs visa before too.
3) my parents are old and cannot go alone
Our relatives gave us I-134.
My concern is that I am single, 25yrs, and working with my dad. I did my MBA from Singapore university and returned last year. I have traveled to China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong in the last 5 years. Would it be a problem for me to get a visa? I have 1 property under my name in India, I do not get salary, and my business is on my dad name only. Please can you advice with documents?
Also, my younger brother lives with us but we are not applying for his visa because he has to take care of the business and house. He went to Hong Kong in October with my mom and i was taking care of the work. Now I am planning to go to USA with my both parents while my brother takes care of the work. Would that be a problem for reject?
