B2 - Visa Both Sons in USA

Hello ,

My parents are attending interview in Chennai on Dec 22nd. Below is my question ,

They have two sons who are in USA both working. Do they need to mention only one son(me sponsor ) or should they mention that there are 2 sons working in USA. Your suggestion will be a great help.

That is one of the common questions every visitor applicant gets asked.
How many children do you have and where are they and what do they do.
From my experience so far it is a great advantage to have a daughter who lives in India.
Not that I am trying to scare you, but sometimes when you say both sons are in US then the Visa officer's next question will be how can you convince me that you will come back to India. So prepare well for this question.

It's not who stays where, it's just a matter of showing ties to India basically to show them you woyld go back after your visit. I know folks with 2 sons and daughter all in the US. So it's just how you present yourself.
