My Mother entered USA on 12/22/2014 through Chicago on a Visitor Visa.
Immigration officer asked the routine questions (where are you going, how long, purpose of visit etc) and stamped the immigration seal on her passport.
However he didn't write class of admission and admitted untill on the seal.
My mother is not good at speaking English and the best she could recall is that the officer just stamped her passport and didn't raise any concerns.
It has been more than 2 weeks now and her I94 is still not appearing on website.
I am concerned as I dont know how long she is allowed or if there are any issues.

    Please advise.

The I-94 should have been available for download by now. It is important that your I-94 download request have the correct passport ID number and spelling of your mother's name.

The allowable time for a B2 entry is most often 90 days.

Thanks for the reply. I am sure I am using the correct passport number and her name for I 94 download request.
How long should I wait before reaching out to a deferred inspection site?

Can you clarify what you mean by "deferred inspection sits?"

I was referring to information in this wiki page

"If you still cannot find your I-94, please contact your nearest* Customs and Border Protection Deferred Inspection Site and a CBP Officer will be able to assist you. "

The town where your mother landed, there will be a CBP office. (Customs & border Protection office). You can google to find out. Go to that place and ask for deffered inspection office. There you can narrate your problem after showing them your mother passport. The will inform you about her I 94 dates. Earlier, they used to issue a I 94 card for record but now a days I do not know.
              Good wishes.

Hardcopy I-94's are no longer routinely issued at Ports of Entry, but the POE officer scans the passport and may manually enter data, which is later available for I-94 download. I recently saw one exception to this procedure, however, and that was a hardcopy I-94 issued in Miami to a K1 entrant from Haiti. The I-94 record was also downloadable form the DHS site.
