Status: Mom & grandma are widows
Only sibling: Elder Sister , studying in USA
Me: Studying in Hyd,doing engineering 3rd year.
CO : A lady with Parda(who supposedly rejects a lot)
Document Shown:Just the appln form & never gave my mom&grandma to present their case. Pls note, my mom had all documents from insurance,to strong financial support+ property(which is a reason why she would be here)+documents relating to my sister being a student in a univ there.
Basically, she was well prepared with documents, as my sister personally & thoroughly verified them.
the below were explained.
a. status(written above about the applicants) was explained in the form & was told.
b. My told that i am studying in hyd b.tech,etc..& said she is going for a change.
immediately, she rejected their application.leaving my mom/grandma without a chance to present their case.
they got 214b.
What should be done?
Should they apply with a tamil interpreter which might circumvent the problem of facing this lady again.
I was told in some other counter, the officer was giving a lot of visas.
ok,214b being very subjective to the CO, what should be done?
