query reg the hi visa presence in US

Within how many months should one with H1 B Visa be present in USA from the date of issue of visa ?
I got the visa issued from chennai consulate on nov 23rd 2005 and have a validity up to 2008 sep.
Is there a time validity for h1 visa holders to be physically present in US?

Hi!
I don't think there is any restrictions like that. I got mine stamped in Apr-May 2001 but came here to US only in Nov 2001.
