Hi All
My mother's visitor visa was denied in April 2005 and again in August 2005.
The reason is not enough ties in India.I lost my brother and father recently.Hence I wanted to bring my mother here for few months.
During the first interview my mom had told the consular officers all that happened and she said her visit is just for a change.They denied it.
The second time they said they have the info in the system and hence again they denied it.
We do not have any intention of hiding any information and that seems to have caused a big problem. We both are equally affected and we miss each other's company.
1)Can anybody state when can I apply again ?
2)Currently my mother (unemployed,receives father's pension) is staying with my cousin brother.
3)What are the documents we need to take next time?
Any help/advise will be appreciated.
