B2 intervew in delhi Consulate,India

Dear sir,

Can my parents take an appointment for B2 nterview in Delhi consularte for hindi language,As there are no dates vailable in chennai consulate,becoz they are resident of Andhra pradesh state and the problem is they cannot talk english.

No i dont think so.even i was trying hard to get dates for my mom in hindi..finally i got for March 28th
