Visitor Visa port of entry

Hi I live in NY and sponsering my parents visitor visa for second time (because 1st time they got 6 month visa). I filed all documents stating that, they will stay with us at NY. I want to know instead of NY, can they fly to florida my relatives house before comming to NY? They want to spend some time in warm weather at relative house. Last time they came at NY now I am planning to let them fly at florida. Is it ok to change port of entry from NY to florida?

That's no problem. They can enter from anywhere in the US and stay anywhere in the US for whatever duration they like. However, total duration would be limited to the date on I-94.
