First off excuse me for any grammatical errors as I'm on an iPad typing this.
I went to the states in august and spent a total of about 5 and a half months in the states. I came back to Canada early to be sure to not overstay my 6 months. I came back on January 10th. No my question is will I have to wait for July to go back or can I go back for 170 days since it's a new year? Is the visa thing per calendar year or per 365 days. I have a fiancée in the states and we're just starting the process for a k1 visa I believe. I'd rather not go back and risk being barred for three years if the case isn't per calendar year. Also did I screw myself by not coming back in December to start the year fresh?
