I am planning to go to US on April 1st week 2015. I currently have my H1B visa stamped.
Can I sponsor for my Parents for their B2 visa when I am in India?

I personally think that it is not a good idea. Even if you have a H1-B visa, you have not been to that country yet. In other words, they do not have any background information on you, your biometrics, your life, proof of residence, intentions, etc. So, it would be at least a year or two in the US before you can invite your parents. Read the section on how to have relatives over. It is much more complicated than you are thinking right now. -
I have travelled to U.S earlier in L1 and stayed for 3 years from 2007-09. Now I am travelling again to US in H1B. I would like to take my parents along when I travel now, I am not sure how to get their visa stamped.
It would be great if I get their visa stamped by the time I leave India.
Please provide me any advice?Comment
