Alright Guys: here is my situation. I am from iran. and lefted Iran 4 years ago and was living in south Africa on work permit visa for last for year before coming to usa on visit visa and overstayed in usa. I had business in south Africa and was living with my sisters family. Now in current day I am apostasy I lifted Islam and well fear to go back Iran or even in south Africa because In Islam apostasy punishment is death . my question is that if I can apply for asylum here in usa ?
