Port of Entry-Duration

Hi
We got the flight ticket for parents but that was only from Dec-March-3 months.does this mean at port of entry, the officer will say we will give you only a 3 month stay rather than maximum possible of 6 months?the travel agent couldnt give us a tcket for more than 3 months stay

That's is possible but that may not always happen.

Just ask for 6 months at the port of entry and hope for the best.
