    Anriveam,

Just as a reminder....use of a visitor visa with stated intention to marry and adjust status in the U.S. is reason for the visitor visa to be denied or entry to the U.S. barred upon admissison that you are planning to marry in the U.S.

Having said that...if you do enter the U.S. with intention of a vacation stay and return to Qatar or the Philippines, but decide to marry in the U.S., your I-130 and I-485 fees will be about $1,510, with a required immigrant medical exam fee of about $ **** **** **** .

You might also consider having your fiancee to visit you in Qatar and then petition you as a fiancee. The waiting period for a K1 interview will be 6 or 7 months.

Continue with your plans to visit the U.S. If you decide while in the U.S. that the chemistry works for both of you, marrying is okay. You will then have to decide if you will be processed abroad as a spouse, or as a fiancee if you don't marry, then continuing with whichever plan works best for you. It is not appropriate for anyone on a public forum, such as IMMIHELP, to advise you to proceed with adjusting your status while using a visitor visa in the U.S., but it is still quite common.
