Re-entering in Visitor visa

Hi,

My mother has entered US in visitor visa for the first time. She has a 10 year entry visa. However I-94 stay is valid for 6 months only. She will be completing her 6 months stay in April 2006. I would want her to be back in the US again soon.

I wouldn't want to extend her stay by requesting USCIS because I heard from my friends that it is not advisable and she may have problems re-entering US later.

So, my question now is, When is the earliest she can enter US again? If she returns to India in April 2006, can she come back to US in May 2006?

There is no requirement regarding earliest entry.

She can enter in May 2006, but if she tries to spend lot of time in US, she may be denied entry into USA.
