rescheduling an appointment

Hi

I took an appointment in english for my parents. If I want to reschedule it to telugu appointment
1.Do i need to cancel the existing appointment
2.Do I need to fill the forms(DS-156,DS-157) again or can i use the old forms.
Can anybody please help me regarding this.
