I m planning to visit nyc this month. This is second time i m visiting there, i visited last year in the month of may 2014 for two weeks. Again i m going for two weeks. Purpose-vacation, visiting alone. I have two questions first do they hv records where we stay in usa and second, is it okay to have a vacation in same city twice

The record about your address is based on what information you provided earlier, unless you soecifically updated it later on.
And yes, you can visit the same city for vacation more than once.

They might have recorded all the details, which you provided in DS160, at the visa interview and of course at POE.

You can stay with your friends and disclose that information with POE officials. I don't see any problem doing that.
