Is being Retired and not earning in India issue for B2 visa for Parents?

Hi,
I am sponsoring my parents for B2 Visitor VISA. My father is a retired government employee not earning pension and my mother is a housewife. They are not earning anything and I am supporting them in India too. Is it an issue if my parents are retired and not earning much in India even though I am sponsoring them for the VISA. They have good assets with more than 1 crore value for property.

Any pointers will be welcome.
