    Hi,

I have H4 visa, which is valid till 2016. We are sponsoring B2 for my parents, and we are scheduling an interview in next two weeks. Meantime, my husband who is on H1B visa, changed his employer and his I797 got approved, but we have not received yet his I797 approved notice. As we need to send my I797 approved form to our parents for interview, is it fine to send previous approved notice(it was valid til 2016) and any issue for them if i send previous one?

    Thanks in advance.

You can send the papers you currently have, but if asked your parents should explain the latest situation. Remember, the consular officer has all the information available via the State Dept's database.
