My husband has filled the DS 160 form and then he submitted it online today.
But we cannot find the payment link.
He created his profile today where he filled the following details
1) email address
2) FIRST NAME
3) LAST NAME
4) PASSWORD AND CONFIRM PASSWORD
After submitting this. he tried to log in .. but he could not log in. it is showing an alert... then he clicked forgot password and a new password was sent to his email
when he tried using that password it says that YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME. the SITE administrator has been alerted.
HE IS THEREFORE UNABLE TO GET THE RECEIPT TO PAY AT THE BANK...we cannot go on the dashboard to look at the payment options. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. WHERE DID WE GO WRONG?
