Does anyone have NOC approved for 1 month or less?

If yes, did you apply for the Visa?

Did you get the Visa?

Has the Visa Officer asked you anything particular to NOC and/or time period?

I don't see any problem in this. Even if someone has one month NOC or not, what difference does it make?
