B2 visa rejected in 2004--2nd attemp in 2006

Hi Folks,

This is the 2nd time my parents are attending the visa, 1st time they got rejected based on 214(b) in 2004. These are the questions they asked my Father..

1. What kind of Job you are doing in India?

2. Since how many yrs you are in this job?

3. How many Sons you have and where are they?
A I have 2 sons and both of them are in US

4. What are they doing?
A Both are Software eng.

5. What is the length of the stay in US?
A My Father said 4 weeks.

6. Why do you wanted to go for such a short time?
A I have a old mother to take care, so I need to be back...

Then CO said, please come back when she recovered from her health...no more questions. They haven't seen all the doc's I guess.

My parents are attending visa in Feb 2006. Please advise me how I need to prepare my parents...I'm sending all the docs.

Q's on W2: Do I need to send my W2 returns? I'm only sending past 3 yrs w2 only?
