Procedures inside the consulate office

Hello,
I booked my Mom's appointment through TTS. Her Appointment is on Jan 3rd. Can any body please let me the step by step procedures that happens inside the consulate office from begining till end. I have read some of the threads with the same question before but not getting a clear idea. If anybody can explain it again step by step in detail, I would really appreciate it.
