Tourist VISA Question Please advise

I am planning to invite my parents on Tourist VISA in summer. They are going for VISA interview in Feb'2006


One of the required documents to carry is

Sponsor's H1B VISA (Approval notice I-797) or
If sponsor is at adjustment of status level, then copies of I-485 receipt notice, copies of EAD and Advanced Parole
Latest I-94
As, My H1B is valid until June 2006. I am planning to send both.


Please advise me on the following


If I send copies of I-485 receipt notice,

Will it affect my H1B Status?
Does it mean that my EAD is used which will remove my H1B status?
