If my university documents are not strong ties to my country.. Can i use statements for my 2 bank accounts. in which there is money but not enough to sponsor my whole trip, though i have a main sponsor. Can i also use pics of my parents, my siblings to prove that i have ties with my country?

"Ties to country" are evaluated based on the complete profile you present in the context of the question "is this visa applicant likely to return to the home country after a brief stay in the USA?" So pictures of your parents and bank statements in and of themselves won't cut it.
A stable high paying job or a business owner with a demonstrable strong business, overall family profile, prospects within the home country - all these factors feed into the judgement.
