My mother is currently in USA , came here on 03 June and will leave USA on Aug 13 . She has been given entry for 6 months, which will expire on Dec 03.
Situation is, we need her back here in Nov end and she will be coming to USA, second time on Nov 28 ( before Dec 03 (last entry expiration) ) and will stay in USA till Mar 10 (for around 3.5 months) . I want to ask , will there be any issue with re-visit, so early in same year?
