B2 Visa Application with Drugs Caution

Sorry if this has already been asked

I'm hoping to travel to the USA in Feb next year and want to get my visa application sorted as i recently got cautioned for possession of a Class B drug.

I've got my police Certificate just wondering will I have to take a drug test during my application as I was only cautioned in March this year.

hey well technically you are not suppose to get tested but the application can be under more scrutiny. You should refrain from drugs in general. I mean drugs are kind of bad for you and if you want a healthier life style they are deffinetly not the thing to do. I know that some states are okay with recriational drugs but still be carefull. They usually test you for drugs (it might be urine or saliva). My advise is to check the levels on your own (have a set of drug tests at home and check if you can pass them or not. You can see some of the offers here: testcountry.com. I know these are really good). But in general the fact that you have a class B possesion you might not get in the states at all
