I was working for Company A and it petition was valid till 28th Oct 2015, i got an offer for company B and a transfer was filed on 6th Mar 2015 and i started working for company B from 23rd March (i started working before receiving the approval notice, i had only the receipt number). On 1st June my petition was approved and the new petition is valid from 30th May 2015 to 29th May 2016. Can someone please tell me will this be a issue as i have started working for company B from 23rd March but my new petition is valid from 30th May 2015.
