Visitor Visa for parents with low amount in bank

Hi,
I am planning to apply for Visitor visa for my parents,

All our properties are on my mother's name and she has sufficient funds in bank,
My father has very small amount in bank and has no property on his name.

Will this be issue when i submit for visitor visa for both of them,
Shall I apply both Visa's together.

Please suggest me here.

Who is funding the trip?

If they are funding the trip, it will certainly be the main issue. Main issue being, with such a low amount how can they afford a trip. Refusal is almost certain.

If you are funding the trip, it will be be an issue but of a different sort, but if other factors are alright the issue can be overcome. The issue in this case will be to establish that they have enough ties to the home country to incentivize their return after a short stay in America.

PS: Property documents etc are rarely given any importance these days. The consulate knows that in India documents can be easily invented/doctored.

PPS: I just realized that you haven't mentioned which country they live in. I have assumed above that they live in India.
