need help for passport renewal

Hi, I am in USA now.
I have valid H1 Visa.
My Passport is going to expired in next 7 months.
I want to renew my passport. I got below links

I have one question.
I changed my employer so i got new I 797 on this new employer name is present. On my stamped VISA on passport old employer name is present.
What should i do in this case.

Do nothing. They give you old passport back after marking as invalid/expired. Just show "old passport + new passport" whenever you travel outside.
