Want to sponsor parents but H1 expiring

Hi,

I want to sponsor my parents for tourist visa.
My H1 is expiring in April 2006. I will be filing for extension soon. Wanted to know if I can still sponsor them based on my extension..and if there would be any issues with the same.

definitely u can sponsor. Make sure u send all papers including the extension receipt.

hi...
my husband H1B visa is expired may2006, u reply someone we need extension receipt... my doubt is that when the receipt is needed? one month before expiration or after expiration....
For Ex: my mum have an appoinment on may28 but H1 expiration is may31
extension receipt is need 4 this interview?
