I'm filling i134 for Wife, and I had some questions and concerns.
The documents I'm sending to her to file for visitor visa are:
1) i134 Form
2) Last 3 year's tax return
3) Last 6 Pay stubs / pay statements
4) Employment letter
5) Invitation letter to her
I have done a lot of forum search and google search and found different answers.
Are these all the documents I need to send her for sponsorship for visitor's visa?
On the the tax tax return transcript I requested from the IRS, it has my Social Security number written on the top, can I black this out so that no one can see it? I'm worried about identity theft and such
What are the chances of her getting a visa if I already filed permanent status adjustment for her to move to USA?
I'm a green card holder, do I need to send a copy of my green card and my indian birth certificate?
