currently on F1 visa, H1 is picked.On which visa should I apply to invite my parents

I have a question on which status should I use while sending invitation to parents. I have graduated December 2014 and currently on F1 status. My company filed for H1 and it has been picked. So on which status should I start doing documentation to invite my parents. I appreciate any help in this regard.
