Visitors Visa on EAD

Hello All,
I have an appointment for my parents Visitors visa on Feb 7th. I have applied for my H-1 extension in mid November. However when i look at the online dates, it looks like i might be falling behind for obtaining the H1 extension, before my parents appear for Visa. My question, is can my parents go for visitors visa based on my EAD [My EAD expires in Jun-2006]. Please let me know the complications, issues, concerns etc.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.. but i am a little concerned about the EAD, would they be considering them as potential immigrants ? Also my concern is that should there be any additional steps needed to be taken as precation measure. Any advice or similar experience would be greatly apprecited !!!!!

Since you are on a non immigrant visa, your parents shouldn't be treated as a potential immigrant unless their any other immediate relatives a US citizen, or permanenent resident.
