Hi
I wonder if anyone has thoughts on this.
March 13th i went to the USA to visit my company HQ in PA on the ESTA program for business meetings at the same time my company was applying for a working visa for me that they were financing, the officer at the Airport deemed my visit unlawful and rejected me on the spot. This now means i can no longer visit the USA on holiday without having to apply for a B-2 Visa.
My company again is applying for a H-3 visa but i wish to visit america as my partner is from Carolina. How should i proceed?
What costs are involved and for how long to b2 visas last for
