Hi, I just received a 10 year, multiple entry visa to US (I am a romanian citizen living in Switzerland) and it has an annotation "NCIII RECORD CONSIDERED" which is linked to a misdemeanor in US that happend and was settled in 2007. Do you think I will have problems actually enetering US , I mean at the POE? Thank you
