Gap between departure and entry to US

1. My wife went to USA on 3 Sept 2014 on visitor visa (B1/B2) from India, got
extended till 31 July 2015 and came back to India on 5th July 2015. Now she
wants to go to USA in November 2015 as our only grand child's first birthday
will be celebrated in December 2015. Her visa is valid till July 2023.
Please advice whether there will be any problem.

Gap between departure and entry to US

She has a multiple entry visa so she should not really have any problems. However, if someone repeatedly comes here for long periods of time with only short periods of time spent in their home country, that would possibly bring up some questions at the port of entry. After this visit I would wait longer before the next visit and try not to file for an extension again beyond the original I-94 issue dates for awhile. The goal is to not make it look like your living here and visiting your home country.
