Spouse visit USA?

My wife and I were married in the US, she is from China. We are considering staying married and temporarily each living in our own separate countries and visiting each other frequently. It seems China has a visa for spouses visiting family in China, however do you know if there is a visa like this in the US? (I know there is the B2, but will the USCIS likely frown on giving her this visa knowing she is visiting her husband?)
