My Parents have an appointment in 2nd week of Feb, I opted for Telugu. This is the 2nd time they are attending the Visa. First time their visa was rejected, but it was in English. Will that a problem? Please advise..

Appointments must be in the language you select each time. Otherwords, Once the appointment is taken, the language change is not allowed.
