information on b2 visa please

Hi...I read your article about USA visa sponsorship and I would to ask a some questions...
When my sponsor is sending me the documents... I will like to know through which medium is acceptable because I live in a country where receiving stuffs through mail from foreign countries isn't really effective...so then,is sending the documents through email and printing it out here OK.....

Also..what are some documents which could be used to prove strong ties to my home country because I barely have any property or bank account and am also out of school for which I couldn't use my education to prove.....so please what are some ways you could prove it......
