Supporting docs to sponsor my mom

I am sponsoring my mother to visit me.
So does my mother need to take bank accounts/property docs of my father when she goes for the interview?(My father is not coming to US ,only my mother)?
Since the property is not in my mom's name,I am wondering what supporting docs can she take for the interview?

Carry the property documents,with an affidavit attached stating you are the recorded owner's spouse along with the spousal consent. Same with bank accounts.

Not a must. My mil when she went alone for the interview did not carry anything as she didn't have anything in her name.
