Hello.
I'm a danish citizen, but when I was 18, i committed a crime (created a parking ticket), therefore i was told not to apply for an Esta, but to apply for a B2 visa at the embassy. When i came to the embassy, the interviewer, just looked at me, and said stop. With a felony, you're not qualified for a B2 visa.
My Question is, are there any options for me ever to go to the states ? Before and after I have a clean slate. It's been almost 3 years, so in 6 month I will have a clean slate.
After the 6 month, if I apply for a Visa, do I check for being a criminal, or do i not do this anymore ? but i will have to check the "refused a visa" box. Or do i even apply for a Visa ?
I've been to the US 13 times before on vacation, my father has an American company, and therefore I was supposed to be to the US very often.
Hope someone with previous experience or more knowledge to this topic can help me do the right thing.
