Travel to US on Visitor visa, to a location different from person who sponsored visa

I am in H1B visa, living in Atlanta. My parents have multiple entry visitor visa, sponsored by my sister (US citizen) who lives in California. Is it necessary to update/change their visa sponsor from my sister to me, because their visa was sponsored by my sister? They will be travelling to Atlanta, and they will not be visiting my sister's place in California. Please let me know if it is legal for them to travel from India to Atlanta, even though their visa was actually sponsored by my sister. Thank you!

If they have a valid visa, they can visit anyone and enter from anywhere.
