    Thank you immihelp.com and all the contributers with your great advices.

    The questions were:
    Who is in USA?
    Is there any children in India?
    when did your husband expired?

    Okay you go and pay the visa issuance fee.
    Thats it.they didn't even gothrough any of the documents.
    And today she got her passport back witha 10yr visa.
