    Turned Down....Chances next time

Probably very slim. You are single with no children and live at home so I am assuming you also do not own any property.

You really do not have strong ties to your home country. Even a good job is not considered a reason people would not try to immigrate. And on top of all of that... you have a sibling here that you could live with. You will more than likely always be considered a high risk. All you can do is try again. Good Luck to you.

This is my opinion and not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

Well, once you disclosed that a member of your family lives in the US, it will be very difficult to prove that you don't have intention to stay in US. Plus, they do record the reason of rejection. Even, if you have a property in your country or married and planning to live wife and/or children as a guarantee against your return they will still be suspicious to grant you visa. My only suggestion will be, once your brother is already in US and stays there legally. He may try to send you an invitation or some kind of family reunion guarantee letter that is issued through Immigration department. Wishing you best of luck!
